WHAT IS A FORENSIC RISK ANALYSIS?
| A Forensic Risk Analysis is not a standard insurance review. It is a systematic, in-depth examination of every insurable exposure a commercial account faces — including the gaps that standard renewals and captive agents never find. Most businesses carry insurance. Few businesses carry the RIGHT insurance. Coverage gaps, sublimits, exclusions, and missing policies create silent exposures that only become visible after a loss — often when it is too late. Our process examines six critical exposure categories: • Property — Buildings, contents, income, and specialty property exposures • Liability — General liability, umbrella, professional, and management liability • Auto & Fleet — Owned, hired, non-owned, and cargo exposures • Workers’ Compensation & Employers Liability — Statutory and excess exposures • Professional, Cyber & Crime — Digital and financial crime exposures • Specialty & Contract Requirements — Often-overlooked and contractual exposures The findings are presented clearly and objectively. The client decides what to address. Noble Insurance and Gilchrist Law and Associates are here to help execute the solution. |
